Cruise-In downtown Harlan

Downtown Harlan was the scene of a “Cruise In” on Saturday sponsored by The Portal. Cars, trucks and motorcycles of all ages, shapes and sizes participated. Music was provided by Big Daddy and The Heat. Two more Cruise Ins are planned this year, one the first Saturday of September and another the first Saturday in October.
