It’s Movember, or No Shave November, that time when men everywhere are growing beards and moustaches, sometimes creatively, to raise funds and/or help bring awareness to men’s health, specifically testicular or prostate cancer.
“The goal of No-Shave November is to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free,” states the American Cancer Society’s website for No Shave November. “Donate the money you usually spend on shaving and grooming for a month to educate about cancer prevention, save lives, and aid those fighting the battle.”
Men across Fort Collins are along for the ride. Take a look at their progress, and share your own facial hair achievements with us by submitting photos at Coloradoan.com/share.
