Holiday shopping is easy for some people. “Running shoes, size 10.” OK; no problem. “A fleece please!” Easy. But maybe you’ve got that one guy or gal who, grinning like a dentist hitting the sweet gas, hands you a grease-smeared microfiche printout of a clutch assembly with several 16-digit part numbers circled. Or the name of an obscure carburetor and an Italian phone number scrawled on a post-it. Maybe you are the kind of wonderful Santa who obliges such a request.
