Duluth, MN (NNCNow.com)– Riding motorcycles is a hobby for many, but today a group of motorcyclists rode for a good cause.
The Lake Superior Chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association held their 3rd annual Feed My Starving Children Motorcycle Ride.
The ride started in Duluth and ended in Coon Rapids where the group prepared meals.
With nearly 25 participants, the group is hoping to be able to pack as many meals this year as last for the charity, Feed My Starving Children.
“We helped fill 165 boxes. Which is over 35 thousand meals that we did in 2 hours, and it’s going to feed 98 starving children for a year. And so God has just put this on our heart to do this. It’s a great organization and great cause,” Mark Rhodes, member of the Lake Superior Chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association.
Feed My Starving Children” sends meals to nearly 70 countries.
