Rating Scale
A+ = New or Like New. If vintage it is in mint condition.
A= EUC with minimal evidence of previous use.
B+= Very good pre-loved condition with light wear, but not serious flaws.
B = Good used condition, with moderate wear and a possible small flaw or two (which will be described and/or pictured).
C = Average used condition, with obvious wear and possible flaws… Just okay.
D= Below average used condition… maybe somebody wants it for parts/restoration?

Returns:
All jewelry and electronics are sold AS IS, and are not eligible for return or refund, neither partial nor in full for any reason whatsoever, and there are no exceptions. In general all our other items are also sold AS IS, AS FOUND and no returns are allowed. Photographs are considered to be a part of the description. If there is evidence of intentional gross misrepresentation in the description and the photographs, then refunds may be granted at manager discretion. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyer will always pay return shipping, and refund will be for the purchase price only (less shipping and handling) regardless of the reason for your return. Please bid with this policy in mind…in other words, if you cannot accept these terms, we kindly ask that you do not bid on our items.

Shipping:

A. We use UPS and USPS (regular mail) ONLY. When listing the item, we will select whichever shipping carrier that we predict will be the CHEAPEST for you. We offer ONE CENT SHIPPING for many of our packages weighing under a pound, so be on the lookout for these great deals! If you feel your shipping quote is too high, you can request a quote for the other carrier by clicking on the “Contact Seller” link in the blue box at the top of the listing. Please be sure you are comfortable with shipping rates BEFORE placing any bids.  B. Insurance is included on all UPS shipments, and USPS Priority shipments valuing $50 and less. If your package value is greater than $50 and you wish to have it insured, you must notify us so we can add the insurance fee to your total before you pay. We take every precaution to insure that your package arrives safely. If damage does occur in transit, customers will be asked to file their own insurance claims. Refunds for damaged packages are NOT paid by us, they are paid by the shipping carrier when your claim is approved. C. We will gladly combine shipping to save you money, but you must request the adjustment and receive confirmation before you pay. D. If you have any additional questions about shipping please ask them before bidding and paying.

Local Customers
Please kindly notify us a minimum of three (3) hours before you plan to come to pick up your items. To send a message, follow these steps:
1. Log into your shopgoodwill.com account
2. Navigate to one of the items you have won, paid for, and wish to pick up.
3. Click on the [Contact] button next to our location in the seller box.
4. Put “Pick Up” in the subject line. In the message body include all numbers for all items you wish to pick up, and the time you plan to come by.
5. We will reply to your message to confirm when your items are ready for pick up.
